Finished Yemaya

Yemaya Two-Tailed Guardian Spirit
The first piece of my art series of interpreted storytelling illustrations combining hand-drawn with digital medium exploring and connecting Yoruba mythology and folklore within the African Diaspora. Yemaya is the spirit deity of the waters, patron to women and maternity. Across the Diaspora she goes by many name variants and is often portrayed as a mermaid, sometimes with two tails as depicted in this piece.

I also got a swanky personal emblem(still figuring out a few tid-bits) Glad I finally got to refresh this.
